Samnzar Smoke Shack produces some of the best salmon we've ever had. I highly recommend his smoked fish to anyone in the Sonoma County area. You won't better smoked salmon in the north bay. He sets the bar for what it means to taste quality.

  Discovered this place on my way out to Dillon beach last week. My family and I stopped to get some snacks when we saw the cute roadside signs leading up to their stand. I've had lots of smoked salmon in my life. My dad and I used to take fishing trips to Alaska and at the time, I thought smoked salmon couldn't get any better. I was wrong! Sebastopol has the best kept secret when it comes to smoked fish. Wow! Samnzar knows how to do it right, and the guy running the stand was so friendly. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!
